Kampot Pepper PGI Khemara

The Red Kampot Pepper, is in a class of its own. It is the exclusive fruit of a late harvest, a Kampot uniqueness. The berries are handpicked in a selective manner when they are fully ripe and turn bright red. After a skillful blanching and drying process, the brown red or dark red peppercorns develop a rich, surprising, almost atypical aroma. The fruity, flavour combines a mild pungency with notes of caramel, honey, red fruits and hint of tobacco.
