The White Kampot Pepper is obtained through a costly, low recovery process which starts with the selective handpicking of fully ripe or over ripe fruits. The white kernel is manually extracted by gently removing the outer skin. After a skillful drying process, the greyish-white to beige peppercorns, develop a fragrant spiciness introduced by an intense aroma which unfolds in hints of citrus, eucalyptus, Mediterranean herbs and a light salty note.
